Right from the moment of our arrival on a rainy night, Mr. Karanbir welcomed us with a sense of respect, care, and hospitality that reflects the finest values of service. Unlike several other properties that insist on unnecessary security deposits, Wyndham ensured a smooth check-in with understanding and empathy — especially towards my senior citizen parents. The room was excellent, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, down to the smallest details like an iron and other essentials. The breakfast was nutritious, fresh, and ideal for travelers on the move. The parking facility was conveniently located right by the ramp, ensuring my parents didn’t have to climb stairs — something we truly appreciated. Mr. Karanbir personally took the time to guide us about the local city, culture, and traditions, reflecting genuine hospitality, not just procedural service. Having stayed in dozens of properties across multiple countries, this experience stood out as one where the guest is truly valued. I express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Karanbir and the Wyndham team for making our stay comfortable, warm, and memorable. A salute to true service excellence.

I had a great stay at the Super 8 in Lacey, thanks in large part to KB. He was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving an issue I had – it was sorted out shortly! KB was always friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a good experience. I really appreciated his positive attitude and dedication. Overall, KB's service made my stay at the Super 8 a positive one.

We booked 15+ rooms for over two weeks and Kaybe and his team were absolutely wonderful. They helped us prompty with any issue that we had, charged us correctly and always had an open line of communication. Best Super 8 that I have stayed at. Thank you team!

We recently booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and able to accommodate our last minute request to have two rooms next to each other. The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms were clean and the pillows and beds were soft. They offer a free breakfast and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There is a restaurant that shares the parking lot and a gas station next to it, so very convenient. All in all would absolutely stay again. I really appreciate how friendly and courteous the front desk guy was, he went out of his way to bring extra towels for us while we were swimming. I think his name was KB or KM. Don’t expect anything fancy, but if you’re looking for a great family friendly value this is it.

For under $100 a night I have no complaints. I would request a room in the front side of the building, as I-5 noise is loud. Others commented on the Tv not working. I fixed the issue by logging the Tv to the hotels internet just for a heads up. Staff were really friendly and the pool was fun. It states a light breakfast and I would plan on eating out as it’s mainly cereal and toast. No issues, as it’s clearly advertised as a light breakfast. I would stay here again for future baseball trips.

The business was having problems with their water. Instead of just letting us find out. They went out of their way to call until I spoke with them. They offered to cancel the room but I said that it was okay. So they offered discounts. Which was very generous of them. I did the pre-check in process and when I arrived everything was waiting for me, I signed one paper and was on my way. My husband, son and dog enjoyed everything very much. We look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

I'm not sure if I have ever received customer service this good! I was in a bind and was traveling from Canada for my grandma's birthday and needed to switch my nights around. KB, the hotel manager kept me updated throughout the day if they were going to be able to make it happen and luckily was able to help us, great experience!

This place is great! Staff is friendly and helpful, room's are good size, clean & comfy....plus, had my support dogs with us and all good! I've stayed places that cost twice as much and were nowhere near as accommodating. If we come thru again this is our spot!
